Mercer Investment Solutions Upgrade Troubleshooting Instructions

In Feb 2019, Mercer performed an upgrade of the Mercer Investment Solutions. If you experience trouble logging into our site, please try the following:

Validate you are using the following site: https://mdds-us.mercer.com/ddsus10/dds/report (it will say MFA enabled in the lower left under forgot username and password)

Clear the cache by going to Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History > Delete > Cookies and Website Data
